The NFB is a huge part of Canadian culture and I’m so glad this app exists so that more people can experience it. One of my local TV providers offers free NFB films on VOD and it’s always great to look back and relive some childhood memories. Almost makes the iPhone worth it…

I actually prefer indie films to mainstream blockbusters. This is a good find Rick, can’t wait to try it out later…stupid job is always getting in the way!

The NFB has been a Canadian institution for a very, very long time (established in 1939) and is responsible for some of the best short films and documentaries ever (5000 awards). OK, so I am a Canadian and very proud, but the NFB is a national treasure.

Okay. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

I've been uploading photos to Facebook effortlessly ever since I got my iPhone. All you have to do is activate Facebook Mobile within facebook, then just email a photo to "photos@facebook.com."

Am I missing something here? Or is pxPipe just offering the same thing that Facebook has already BEEN offering.

I'll stick with Facebook's effortless method, thanks.

Scratch that.

All you have to do is just email "photos@facebook.com"!

No setup required (since iPhone email is sent as though you were sitting at your desktop computer).

I really hope that I'm missing something here. If not, the creation of pxPipe is baffling indeed.

Another great security option is to disable SSH when you ain’t using it using SBSettings or Bossprefs. Free and easy to install from Cydia. That way NO ONE can enter until you turn SSH back on.

SSH is really the killer here so only turn it on when you need to use it. Its a simple security precaution. I would still advise changing the password though and DistortedLoop is right in saying you should alter the password of mobile as well… just for extra security…
